The American Ballet Competition
A Competition with a Difference.
ABC goes beyond awarding prizes to talented dance students. Our competition includes master classes, coaching sessions and showcase performances exposing students to outstanding teachers while building networks and friendships with other students for life. Preparing for performance within an established time-frame, confronting performing anxieties and addressing professional expectations are afforded each contestant. Awards include company traineeships, academic and summer scholarships offered by major dance companies and schools.
Next competition will be held
June 8-11, 2016.

International Dance Teacher Seminars
The Future of Dance Depends upon Great Teachers.
We are committed to the continuing education and development of dance teachers. IDEA presents master pedagogues representing major classical dance styles. Seminars and workshops provide teachers opportunities to enhance and inspire teaching skills. Student development through class progression, technique, musicality and artistry are comprehensively analyzed and sharpened. More on the Bournonville Workshop with the Masters, June 20-27, 2015.
